Our Story

From our humble beginnings 7 years ago cooking 30L batches of Raw liquid sugar in our 1950’s jam cooker to now cooking 3500L batches two blokes from Sydney have come along way. Using locally sourced Low Gi Raw sugar grown here in the Northern Rivers of NSW we now have a complete range of handcrafted products available for you, all made in our new production facility amongst the cane fields in Murwillumbah.
