This easy to prepare solution will save you time and money when preparing those Acai bowls that your customers crave. Simply hydrate with 3.5L water and freeze in your softserve machine. Keeps fresh for up to a week!

1 x  1Kg bag will produce 4.5Kg of finished product. Average serving size for a Acai bowl is 100-125g.
